Active Abundance offers a variety of options to suit your personal preferences, which include availability (time commitment) and financial situation.
Many people do not have the time and/or money to commit to 3 personal training sessions every week. Fitness and nutrition consulting is an alternative option offered by Active Abundance.
Fitness Consulting - workouts are completed without trainer present (on your own); every session includes discussion and demonstration of exercises completed by client for trainer to provide encouragement and feedback, including corrections where needed; progression is established as client shows readyness during a session; sessions are usually 90 minutes in length, 1 time every week; duration and frequency of sessions is flexible to personal requirements.
