Stroller Fitness - Literacy

Classes specifically designed as outdoor walking fitness for parents with young children.
Bring your child(ren) and stroller to get out and have fun while participating in physical activity.
Toddlers are welcome to bring their dolls and strollers too!

Classes are Wednesday mornings, 9:30-noon includes 90 minutes of fitness.
Meet at old basketball court near office of Eastwood Heritage Park townhouse complex located at 200 Burwell Road in St. Thomas. Meet 9:15am and class starts 9:30am.

Cost is $2.00 (incl. tax) per class.

After a short warm-up we will proceed with a 30 minute walk to a nearby literacy program, for children birth to 6 years. Upon arriving we will do a short cool-down. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. After a period of activity, we will gather for a short warm-up before returning to the complex for a short cool-down. Bring your little ones and have fun!

To join in, you need to wear comfy clothes and do some basic paperwork.
Remember to talk to your health care provider before starting a new physical activity.
