This class is offered Tuesday afternoons 2:30-4:30pm at Lutheran Church (Redeemer) 271 Elm Street, St Thomas. Cost is $15.00 inc. tax per class for 90 minutes of fitness plus social time with other seniors and a nutritious snack break.
There is no bodily contact between participants. Everyone is asked to wear comfortable fitness apparel and bring dry indoor shoes that are supportive. To join in, you need to fill out some basic paperwork. Remember to talk to your health care provider before starting a new physical activity.
